Comfortable seating and affordable. I recommend sitting towards the sides if you need restroom breaks. Easy to access and well taken care of.
We're lucky to have this in our area. They have a lot of great shows. They've made great renovations since the lady time i visited.
Last visit was great, aside from a surly usher who refused to look into a sound issue, and who's phone rang loudly more than once.
Wonderful place. We have been coming back every year to see the Nutcracker ballet. The venue is gorgeous. Parking is too small - we ended up parking near the stores @ the 2 hour free parking, so we had to walk up a bit.
This is small, cozy and modern. I didn't give 5 stars because the layout is a little strange and the stairs are a bit dangerous. The material when wet could get slippery and it's a large staircase. There is no bad seat in the place.
The entire experience was wonderful, except for one small incident. The musical was performed very well, the building was beautiful as always and most employees were helpful and very friendly. There was one employee named Paula who was checking tickets for the Elf musical at 1:45ish on Nov. 26, 2023. The entrance was probably 5 feet wide and very crowded as you can imagine, there was 3 employees checking tickets across the entrance, my mom was getting our tickets scanned on the opposite side I was on, with other people we didn’t know standing between her and I. Paula asked me for my ticket and I pointed at my mom and said she was getting our tickets checked. Paula said “If you don’t need to be helped then get out of the way of others, who are actually doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I said okay, sorry. I tried to move out of the way, and the only was I could do that was stepping on the other side of the employees. So that’s what I did, and then she got upset because my tickets hadn’t been checked yet, and I was going beyond the employees. Now, I wasn’t going to share this because it’s really not that big of a deal, but I have never been treated this way here before, and I was very surprised and honestly disappointed. I hope she either fixes her attitude or discontinues her employment here. I have always loved it here, and Paula really ruined the atmosphere and experience I had this visit.
Went to see Start Making Sense. It was General Admission so we sat in the Balcony stage left. Great spot to watch from and nobody standing/dancing in front of you. The acoustics were very good.
They had beer/wine for sale and had some cups with lids to help prevent spilling.
I really wish the seating was a little wider and that the seats in front were not so close. It makes for a very "how much longer" experience. Even if you put in seats that were a little more in price but were wider and had more room that would be wonderful!
Wonderful! Wonderful! My family and I have gone to see 2 shows this year and had a wonderful time! Great accommodations for seating and parking was easy. Lovely time!
